The Co-ordination of Mind and Body for self-defense” CombatKai
is not just a martial art
it is a self-defense art.
There are no compulsory tournaments.
CombatKai consists of basic and advanced techniques
including, hand, elbow, foot and leg attacks, joint manipulation, chokes
and weapons usage. It is made up of various aggressive and passive
techniques required to overcome many possible threats. Enabling our
members to defend themselves against several fist, foot, knife, stick and
firearm threats, avoiding injury and/or overcoming their attacker(s)
