KAI FITNESS WEIGHT MANAGEMENT AND TRAINING PROGRAM

We at Kai Fitness are extremely proud to be able to provide a training program to suite your need.

  • We have free weights and machine exercises, which are suitable for beginners and advanced persons.
  • A personalized Diet / Nutrition plan will be developed for your needs.
  • All work outs are supervised, offering complete attention and assistance throughout the workout.
  • An Instructor will couch you through your routine to make sure you reach your maximum intensity, resulting in the greatest gains in the least possible time.
  • Routines will vary slightly as you go along to keep muscles stimulated. Beginner routines include exercises for legs, hips, waist, arms, chest, shoulders and back.

Program rates
The following is an example of a beginners exercise routine: -

Sets, pounds and repetitions will increase and vary as your muscles become accustomed to the workout. The routine above is just an example and a routine will be developed to accurately fit your goals.
