We have free weights and machine exercises, which are suitable
for beginners and advanced persons.
A personalized Diet / Nutrition plan will be developed for your

assistance throughout the workout.
An Instructor will couch you through your routine to make sure
you reach your maximum intensity, resulting in the greatest gains in the
least possible time.
Routines will vary slightly as you go along to keep muscles stimulated.
Beginner routines include exercises for legs, hips, waist, arms, chest,
shoulders and back.
The following is an example of a beginners exercise routine: -

Sets, pounds and repetitions will increase and vary as your muscles become
